KINASGARD® ABWFThe KINASGARD® ABWF motion/presence transmitter detects the presence of persons and movements. It serves to monitor and detect status conditions and to control motion-dependent room functions, e.g. as a motion detector for lowering the temperature of unoccupied rooms. The motion sensor device is used in corridors, outdoor areas, industrial halls, offices, residential and commercial premises. The sensor detects movements over an aperture angle of 110° and a perimetre of 360°. The patented lens system with 20 individual lenses results in very small dark areas of only a few centimetres in width even at a distance of 10 m, thereby reliably detecting small movements. The sensor recognises changes in the infra-red radiation spectrum, i.e. heat radiation, resulting from the movement of persons or objects. Such movements generate a temporary change of the temperature gradient in the field. Due to the constant presence of body (heat) radiation, this sensor device is ideally suitable for detecting persons. The temperature difference between sensor and object must be >5 K.
